What’s involved?
RYLA is an experiential leadership training program for high school juniors entering their senior year of high school.

At RYLA, students hone their leadership potential, develop creative problem-solving strategies, and learn ethical business practices in addition to many other leadership lessons.

How can I participate?
RYLA participants are nominated and sponsored by local Rotary clubs. Contact your local Rotary club to find out more about its specific procedures, and utilize this website for District-wide RYLA information!
